Our strength is not based on numbers, how much we make or reside.
Our thoughts can deceive us, from all the comfort these things provide.
Remember God knows our flaws and weakness. He sees our every attempt.
Leaving Him out of anything we do or did, is treating God with contempt.

Our strength is only found, in our awesome God above.
Our strength only comes, by knowing His unconditional love.
Our strength will not fail, when it comes from the source.
His strength will help us always, always stay the course.

The source of our strength, is not shown by what we do or say.
It is revealed by one thing only; how much time we take to pray.
Awake the Day and close the night, constantly pray; do not stop.
You’ll find God’s strength helping you, to always  come out on top.

God gives strength to those, who are humble enough to ask.
But painful defeat is lurking, for those neglecting this task.
Don’t ever forget dear friend, our strength is not our own.
Coming from God, it belongs to God. Given to us, as a loan.

A loan we pay back to God our whole life, keeping it renewed.
With praise, adoration, worship and our deepest gratitude.
The mighty strength God gives us, is more than we could know.
Raising Jesus from the dead; God’s love for the world was shown.
