Costly Deeds

When the air is filled with smoke,
you know that there’s a fire.
When cold words are to you spoke,
it’s not them, they’re from the lier.

Every deed comes at a cost.
Bad ones confirm, that you are lost.
Even good deeds have a price,
prepare for battle, there’ll be a fight!

Good deeds enrage the savage beast,
who only kills or steal at least.
Be alert! There’ll be an attack.
Be humble and gentle. Don’ fight back!
These are the weapons God chose,
for His servant to  battle His foes.
Look at Jesus and learn to fight.
In darkest darkness, He was the light.
Don’t resit when the Spirit speaks.
Listen closely and every word keep.
