John 1:1-28

Everyone in this world has a place, buried deep inside.
A special place reserved, for God to one day reside.
This place is hidden, for a time in all of our lives,
In the darkness, until suddenly it sees the light.

If you are reading this, and know this place I speak.
Praise God! You’ve found Him who’s love you seek.
You know the exact moment, this place was occupied.
The day you confessed, and then were baptized.

From that day on, your life was never the same.
Love replaced fear. God gave you a new name.
Yes, a new creation is who you will always be.
Your sins are forgiven. You have been set free!

But if this place I speak, is foreign to you.
I pray you will seek, and find that it’s true.
No greater return, will you find in your life.
Read. And the scriptures, will be clear in time.

For these are the words, that fully convince
You that God is real and His place does exist.
Understand, He’s searched for you all your life.
In sickness and in health, in good times and in strife.

Allow the resistance, you face in your pursuit.
To convinced you, your efforts must be resolute.
Don’t you give up! But continue in haste.
Knowing that one day, God will find His place.
