(Inspire from Numbers 12:6-8)

If my heart is dark, they will be black.
If thoughts unclean, they will attack.
Nothing is hidden, everything is heard.
Even the softest whisper, makes a stir.

Everything that I say, is just what I think.
Whatever comes out, is just what I drink.
So what am I drinking? Very often I ask.
Do I filter the negative? Oh, what a task!

If I don’t guard my heart, it’s attacked.
The enemy’s always watching. It’s a fact.
Watch what’s listened. Watch what’s heard.
Every mindful thought. Every WORD!
